Utterly useless and incompetent staff. I registered a claim back on May 5th 2023, and here I am on 27th Sept 2023 with Absoloutely NO Progress achieved by this imbecilic company. One of their staff even had the gross stupidity to send an email requesting information from me, which I supplied, only to be informed the email address she had sent it from from would not accept incoming emails!! Utterly useless, and just a waste of my valuable time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I doubt this company could oversee a kids birthday party with any success, let alone oversee getting the repairs sorted at my house.

Got hit by another vehicle last March. Its now over a year and Saga done nothing about it. A tear on they put me through to Acromas. I ring them and get cut off. Not once but 3 times this afternoon. Been on phone now for 5 hours on and off and got nowhere. Disgraceful.

This company is disgusting!! It writes to people (third party in an accident) and threatens them! My own insurance company sad that the behaviour was terrible. Then Acromas tried to link my details to another completely unrelated car accident, again with threatening letters!! The company is absolutely disgusting and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this kind of harassment.

I had a car accident on 19th December 2022, and contacted my insurers, the Automobile Associstion, who took my details and said the underwriters would contact later that day. Acromas duly phoned me later that day and took some details. I phoned them the following day and gave them all other requested details. On 9th January 2023, i phoned them again to get an update on any progress. To my astonishment, they had not made any progress at all, and had mislaid most of the details i had previously given them. They suggested that i should agree to restart my claim from 9th January 2023. I said that was not acceptable, so they said they could not handle my claim and would transfer my phone call to my insurers the automobile association! I was then cut off. I contacted the AA, who were surprised by the advice given to me by Acromas, but processed my claim themselves. The inaction, and incompetence, by Acromas was inexcusable, as was the attempt to cover it up by attempting to persuade me to change the start date of my claim. Then, to cut me off was the final straw! Acromas are a disgrace to the insurance industry, and, as a previous reviewer has written, should be closed down! Their inaction, and lack of contact, over 3 weeks caused me great mental anguish, as i was worrying about the correct procedures which needed to be followed!

I have been trying to contact acromas as they are my underwriters through aa car insurance I was involved in accident not my fault driver accepted liability in November 7 weeks on nothing has been done I have tried calling every day for 4 weeks my insurance company have sent numerous emails still nothing has been done this company should be closed down it is shocking

My car was hit by a deer on 25/3/22 Acromas so far have failed to reply to emails you cannot call them. My car has been written off its now 30/5/22 and they have made no effort to contact me, I am now car less, missing work. And connote contact anyone. This is the worst standard of service I have ever received.

I've been waiting 10 weeks plus for Acromas to settle my no-fault claim....being fobbed off; been given incorrect e-mail address 3 times...I'm now passing it on to the Ombudsman.....and the BBC. Their figures claiming settling of complaints-I'm not convinced!

You advised I would receive £17,500 by 48 hours from the email below and after waiting a long time to get through and to an incorrect Dept they advised me my payment has not been raised. I require this by return together with compensation for a non service and negligence towards customers. When I eventually got through they advised me someone could call me back after three days and they could not transfer to the Dept I needed. The individual concerned could not get me the CEO's details of Saga as they did not know who they worked for but it is in the public domain and I sourced it and copied them in as I trust this matter will be dealt with by return to my entire satisfaction. I am totally disgusted at the way my case as been handled..it took 3 attempts to get it put on your system you made no attempt to get evidence needed to back up my claim that it was not my fault ..I did this for you then you took so long to request tbe cctv that rbectaoe had been taped over ..I also told you tve security officer had got a copy as I told him I couldn't get one ..I have been lied to ..I was told you had a copy then later told by email you did not have this ..all in all I will never use a company you underwrite fie agsin

I had a bad water leak in my home damaging my carpet rug and curtains i was told SBS insurance services will be in contact .i had a text to upload photos and information about my claim ..I could not do this by my personal mobile phone..i tried this a number of times but has not worked.. no one has rung me about my claim to see how things are moving..bad service as i have paid my policy on time for the past 2yrs with no claim..
